- Hotel Access: Please add Party Galore Tampa as an authorized guest on your hotel reservation prior to the scheduled setup time. This is required for our team to check in with the front desk, access your room, and complete the setup.
- Full payment required if your event is within 2 weeks
- Events booked more than 2 weeks out require a 50% deposit at booking, with remaining balance due 5 days before the event
- Debit/Credit Card (4% fee) or Zelle
- Final pricing confirmed after reviewing address and date
Your deposit confirms your reservation. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancel within 72 hours — deposit transfers to a rebook within 60 days
- Cancel within 48 hours or less — deposit is non-transferable and forfeited

I live in Idaho and wanted to find a way to make my son’s 21st birthday special, especially because I couldn’t be there to celebrate with him. This order turned into a fun plan, instead of a cold transaction. She was so responsive and creative, it was very obvious that she loves what she does and loves making special moments something to remember!!
My son was beyond amazed and surprised when his balloon bouquet arrived at his office! He said it was the coolest gift he’d ever received!!
