Backdrop pricing shown above includes rental of the panel(s) only. Delivery, setup, removal, customization (such as painting or vinyl lettering), balloons, florals, and specialty accessories are not automatically included and are itemized separately in your custom quote.

Backdrops and Specialty Arches
Choose from modern solid panels, open arches, wavy panels, round arches and other specialty shapes. Availability, dimensions and colors vary.
Floral Arrangements
Faux floral arrangements are available to add texture, color and elegance to backdrops, plinths, tables and proposal displays.
Cake and Display Plinths
Decorative plinths can be used to display cakes, desserts, floral arrangements, gifts and party favors.
Event Props and Decorative Accessories
Selected signs, easels, candle displays, candelabras, proposal decor, cutouts and specialty props may be added based on availability and event design.

Final pricing depends on the selected inventory, event location, customization requirements, installation complexity and venue access.
Rental Minimum
A $500 minimum applies to events requiring delivery and installation. Balloon bouquets, gift arrangements and eligible customer-pickup orders are not subject to the rental minimum.
How It Works
Select Your Rentals
Choose the backdrop panels, florals and decorative items you would like included in your event.
Submit Your Event Details
Provide your date, venue address, setup time, event time, color palette and inspiration photographs.
Approve Your Custom Quote
We will confirm availability and prepare a detailed quote showing the rental items, customization, delivery, installation and removal charges. A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your date and inventory.
Show Up and Celebrate
Our team will deliver and install your decor before the event and return during the agreed removal window.
Delivery and Venue Access
Delivery, setup and removal start at $150 and are calculated according to distance, parking, loading access and installation requirements.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Stairs or limited elevator access
- Long distances between parking and the event space
- Paid parking, valet or venue entrance fees
- Restricted loading times
- After-hours removal
- Multiple delivery or pickup locations
- Difficult outdoor terrain or unusual installation conditions
Clients must disclose all relevant venue-access information before accepting the quote. Undisclosed access restrictions may result in additional charges.
Rental Damage and Responsibility Policy
All rental items remain the property of Party Galore Tampa LLC. The client is responsible for the rented items from the time they are delivered or installed until they are collected by our team.
Rental items may not be moved, altered, painted, climbed on or attached to using nails, screws, tape, glue or other adhesives without prior written approval.
The client is responsible for damage, excessive staining, loss, theft or misuse caused by the client, guests, vendors or venue personnel. Normal wear is excluded.
If an item is damaged, the client will be responsible for the reasonable cost of cleaning or repair. Items that cannot be safely repaired will be charged at their full replacement value, including applicable labor, materials, taxes and shipping.
A refundable damage deposit may be required and will be stated on the invoice. The deposit will be returned after all rental items have been collected and inspected. If damages exceed the deposit, the client will be invoiced for the remaining balance.
Please report any damage immediately. Party Galore Tampa reserves the right to photograph rental items before installation and after collection for condition verification.
