Popular location options include Plant Park, Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, Water Works Park, Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park, Sunken Gardens, and other scenic locations throughout Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg.

Location availability, permits, venue approval, parking, admission fees, accessibility, and setup restrictions must be confirmed before booking.

Booking & Payment
  • Full payment required if your event is within 2 weeks
  • Events booked more than 2 weeks out require a 50% deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due 5 days before the event
  • Debit/Credit Card (4% fee) or Zelle
  • Final pricing confirmed after reviewing the address and date

Permit Information

The client is responsible for securing any required permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. Party Galore Tampa is not liable for denied access, fines, or event interruptions due to missing permits or venue approval.

  • Without permit handling — regular package price
  • With permit handling — additional $200
  • Permit, venue, parking, admission, and reservation fees are not included unless stated in writing
Cancellation Policy

Your deposit confirms your reservation. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

  • Cancel within 72 hours — deposit transfers to a rebooking within 60 days
  • Cancel within 48 hours or less — deposit is non-transferable and forfeited
