Please carefully review the following information before booking:
✨ Booking & Payment Policy
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book and secure your event date.
• The remaining 50% balance is due 48 hours before your event via Zelle or Cash App.
• No same-day payments are accepted.
🚗 Travel & Location Fees
• A travel/parking fee will be added to your total. Fees start at $30 and may increase depending on your hotel or location.
📧 Booking Confirmation
• Once you submit a booking request, you will receive a confirmation email and text with the next steps to complete your reservation.
🏨 Hotel & Airbnb Requirements
• You must already be checked into your hotel prior to your scheduled setup time. We are unable to check in on your behalf.
• Airbnb setups require an additional $30 fee and must have self check-in / keyless entry only.
• High-ceiling rooms are not suitable for room décor setups.
⏰ Last-Minute Bookings
• Bookings made 3 days or less in advance are considered last-minute bookings.
• A $50 last-minute fee will apply.
• Please contact us before booking a last-minute setup to confirm availability.
• Last-minute bookings must be paid in full — deposits are not accepted.
❗ Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of the remaining balance, if it has already been paid.
• Rescheduling is permitted up to 90 days from your original booking date.
