CANCELLATION POLICY


Your reservation date/time is confirmed upon receipt of your 50% Deposit.
This is non-refundable, but goes toward your purchase.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.


The following rules apply:
If you cancel within 72 hours, you can rebook within 60 days and the 50% Deposit will be transferred to your new booking.
If you cancel within 48 hour or less, the 50% Deposit is non-transferable and non-
refundable. The product has already been purchased within this timeframe.
We try to be as flexible as possible, so please communicate with us if issues arise.
